1. Your account and access
T2S Live Studio is a Windows desktop application operated by Time2shine, based in France. These terms apply to the application and this website. Contact us at accessdenied.info@gmail.com.
The application helps creators follow their TikTok LIVE interactions and maintain viewer points. Downloading the software does not grant access to the service: creator accounts must be approved by Time2shine. TikTok sign-in verifies the account associated with your request; it does not guarantee approval. You may only connect and operate a creator account you control.
2. Permitted use
We grant approved creators a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the application for their own LIVE community. You must meet TikTok’s applicable eligibility requirements for your account and LIVE activity and follow its rules.
- Keep your session and any private access credentials secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Do not impersonate another creator, bypass approval, tamper with points records, or interfere with the service.
- Do not use the application for unlawful activity, harassment, or collecting viewer data for unrelated purposes.
- When displaying viewer information in an overlay or another connected application, inform your viewers and use only information relevant to your community activity.
3. Viewer points and LIVE events
Points are internal community scores, not money, TikTok coins, or a promise of payment. The application may record likes, comments, gifts and follow events, with scores determined by the creator’s configuration. The current balance can change as LIVE events are processed.
Third-party connections, delayed events and interruptions can affect updates. Creators should check records before relying on a score or organising a reward. Any rewards a creator chooses to offer are that creator’s responsibility and must follow applicable rules.
4. TikTok and connected services
TikTok sign-in takes place in your browser on TikTok’s authorisation pages. We do not ask for your TikTok password. TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its services.
LIVE connectivity, hosting, and creator-controlled overlays depend on other services and may change or become unavailable. You are responsible for the destination and presentation of data you forward to your own connected software.
5. Availability and updates
We may update the software, change features or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security or service problems. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted connectivity or complete capture of every LIVE event. Connection attempts are initiated by the user in the application.
Use the current official release and keep copies of any exported information you need. Installation requires a compatible Windows computer and an internet connection for online features.
6. Suspension and ending access
We may refuse or suspend approval where an account is not authorised, security is compromised, or these terms are breached. You may stop using the application, sign out, and uninstall it at any time. Contact us to request deletion of associated service records; signing out or uninstalling does not by itself delete server records.
7. Responsibility
Use the application responsibly and within its intended purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Time2shine is not liable for indirect losses caused by interrupted streams, missing events, third-party platform changes or creator-organised rewards. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated through an appropriate service channel before they apply where required.
French law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights under applicable law. For access questions, support or a dispute, contact accessdenied.info@gmail.com.
